Join me this fall in downtown Kingston for a 5-week course on kickstarting your writing practice.
What’s included in the course
5 weekly in-person meetings including writing prompts, workshopping pieces, and practices for creative flow
Written feedback from your instructor on what’s working well and what could work better, as well as email access to me throughout the course for specific questions
One personal coaching session at the end of the course to clarify next steps for your project (in person or via Zoom)
Mindfulness practice recordings you can use when you need help to get re-focused and re-grounded
